Vincent Delaroche
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Vincent Delaroche founded CAST in 1990 with the vision that language analysis technology would change the face of business software development. In CAST, he is building a long-term venture that is helping business IT organizations mature their software development from an obscure art into a performance-driven profession. Introducing an agent of industrialization into business IT and establishing the new market around it are the primary motivations for Mr. Delaroche. In 2005, Mr. Delaroche moved from Paris, France to the United States where he now runs the company.
Prior to CAST, Mr. Delaroche was a software engineer, then pre-sales and then sales professional at several large IT companies. He then built a center of excellence as an independent business unit at ARC Info, one of the leading software vendors in supervision and control systems for industrial processes in Europe.
Mr. Delaroche holds degrees in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering. He enjoys competing in classic regattas and collecting rare wines. Mr. Delaroche is a permanent member of the Classic Yacht Club and owns one of the few remaining Fife sailboats, built in 1937.
Alexandre Rérolle
Chief Financial Officer

Alex Rérolle is responsible for overseeing all of Finance & Administration for CAST and its subsidiaries. Prior to CAST, Mr. Rérolle held various roles in controlling and finance moving up to the CFO position in one of the affiliates of the logistics division of Bolloré Group, with branches across France, Japan, Korea, China, and the USA. Mr. Rérolle brings a high level of discipline and is very well aligned to CAST core values of transparency and collegiality.
Mr. Rérolle’s background is in the sciences and he holds a Master’s in Economics from Paris Dauphine University. He enjoys various sports, and most of all skiing. He likes nature and outdoor activities, especially involving the mountains or the sea.
François Ruchon
Managing Director, CAST India

François Ruchon had been responsible for overseeing all of Finance & Administration for CAST and its subsidiaries for more than 10 years. India being a strategic area of market development for CAST, Mr. Ruchon moved to Bangalore in 2010 to set up the Indian operations for the company. He is currently building on CAST’s global partnerships with the most innovative systems integrators, driven by an advanced vision of ADM and QA, such as HCL, TCS, Cognizant, TechMahindra Satyam and Wipro.
Prior to joining CAST, Mr. Ruchon held finance and management accounting positions for several companies. In his last position at Gras Savoye Willis, a large European insurance broker. Mr. Ruchon holds degrees in Computer Science and International Affairs from the French University and the European Management Institute, as well as an MBA with a major in Information Systems Management from the CASS Business School in London.
Ian Henderson
Senior Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations

Ian Henderson is a seasoned business leader with extensive international experience in executive positions in the high tech industry. He has repeatedly delivered significant revenue and margin growth, and successfully managed several business turnarounds.
Mr. Henderson has held general management positions in both the enterprise hardware and software sectors. In his last year as Vice President Sales at Princeton Softech, a private company providing database archiving solutions to the Fortune 100, he doubled US sales productivity. Prior to Princeton Softech, during three years as Vice President, EMEA for Network Appliance, he managed EMEA growth to more than $235 million in annual revenue. Before joining Network Appliance, Mr. Henderson spent eight years with Hyperion Solutions. As Vice President, Northern Europe he negotiated Hyperion's largest European technology contract. He also led the successful integration of the post-merger Hyperion Software and Arbor Software businesses in the majority of Europe.
Before Hyperion, Mr. Henderson held sales and sales management positions with a number of other enterprise software companies. He studied Business Studies at the University of the West of England. When outside the office, Mr. Henderson enjoys skiing, cycling, hiking, choral singing, travel, golf and reading.
Gerard Karsenti
Executive Vice President of Business Development - Enterprise Software Vendors

Gérard Karsenti is one of CAST’s founders and board members. He is responsible for driving the corporate initiative establishing CAST business with respect to enterprise software as well as the development of business relationships and indirect channels with the key ERP vendors.
In his previous positions at CAST, Mr. Karsenti established CAST's subsidiaries in several European countries. He also managed corporate marketing. Prior to CAST, Mr. Karsenti held sales management positions at Sybase, after a career in sales in technology companies including Computer Associates and Xerox. At Sybase, he was responsible for the largest international deal ever signed by Sybase at the time.
Mr. Karsenti earned an MBA from Pennsylvania State University and a degree from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce at CERAM in France. An international executive, he has lived and worked in Europe and the United States. When not working for CAST, he likes to practice paragliding, swim and read.
Marc Zablit
Vice President of Business Development - SI's & Technology ISV's

Marc Zablit is responsible for strategic alliances with key go-to-market partners. His scope of responsibility encompasses a broad portfolio of IT market players, including application development ISVs and global systems integrators. Mr. Zablit has been instrumental in building several strong partnerships, and is responsible for expanding these relationships and establishing new ones.
Prior to joining CAST, Mr. Zablit was Vice President of EMEA Marketing for Trilogy, an American ERP vendor. Prior to Trilogy, Mr. Zablit was involved in growing and selling a software start-up in San Francisco. Prior to that, Mr. Zablit was a software engineer, a project manager and then a business unit manager at several major European systems integrators.
Mr. Zablit earned a degree in Engineering from the École Nationale Supérieure de Paris, and an MBA at INSEAD. Mr. Zablit enjoys mountain climbing, tennis, international politics and transactional analysis.
Lev Lesokhin
Vice President of Worldwide Marketing

Lev Lesokhin is responsible for all of CAST's strategic marketing activities worldwide. Mr. Lesokhin comes to CAST from SAP, where he was Director, Global SME Marketing, a team that oversees the strategy, product marketing, rollout planning and communication for SAP’s mid-market products.
Prior to SAP, Mr. Lesokhin was at the Corporate Executive Board as the project leader at the Applications Executive Council, where he worked with the heads of applications organizations at Fortune 1000 companies to identify best management practices. Mr. Lesokhin also served several years as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, dealing with issues of business strategy, IT management, metrics and outsourcing. He began his career at the Mitre Corporation before moving to the private sector, where he has many years of direct experience as a developer and manager of development teams, and has managed large client relationships for a regional systems integrator.
Mr. Lesokhin holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He enjoys classical piano, ice hockey, cycling, and an occasional chess match.
Olivier Bonsignour
Vice President of Product Development

Olivier Bonsignour is responsible for Research & Development and Product Management in a continual effort to build the world’s most advanced Application Intelligence technology.
Prior to joining CAST, Mr Bonsignour was the CIO for DGA, the advanced research division of the French Ministry of Defense. Prior to that role, also at DGA, he was in charge of application development and a project director working on IT systems that support operations. A pioneer in the development of distributed systems and object oriented development; he joined CAST after having been an early adopter of CAST technology in 1996. Most recently, Mr. Bonsignour and Capers Jones co-wrote The Economics of Software Quality, a book published by Addison-Wesley in 2011.
Mr. Bonsignour holds a graduate degree in engineering and computer science from the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA), Lyon, and a Master’s in Management from the executive program at IAE Aix-en-Provence. In his free time, Mr. Bonsignour enjoys swimming, cycling and skiing, as well as sailing his boat off the coast of France.
Bill Curtis
Senior Vice President and Chief Scientist

Bill Curtis is an industry luminary who is responsible for influencing CAST’s scientific and strategic direction, as well as helping CAST educate the IT market to the importance of managing and measuring the quality of its software. He is best known for leading development of the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) which has become the global standard for evaluating the capability of software development organizations.
Prior to joining CAST, Dr. Curtis was a Co-Founder of TeraQuest, the global leader in CMM-based services, which was acquired by Borland. Prior to TeraQuest, he directed the Software Process Program at the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) at Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to the SEI he directed research on intelligent user interface technology and the software design process at MCC, the fifth generation computer research consortium in Austin, Texas. Before MCC he developed a software productivity and quality measurement system for ITT, managed research on software practices and metrics at GE Space Division, and taught statistics at the University of Washington.
Dr. Curtis holds a Ph.D. from Texas Christian University, an M.A. from the University of Texas, and a B.A. from Eckerd College. He was recently elected a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers for his contributions to software process improvement and measurement. In his free time Dr. Curtis enjoys traveling, writing, photography, helping with his daughter’s homework, and University of Texas football.
